PNL4WDriving was established by Ngarie and
Phillip Butterfield in 1991 as a family business in Melbourne,
Australia. The
company provides training courses and consultation, for people who are
interested in 4WDriving, in Melbourne
and all other states in Australia.
The company is a Registered Training Organization accredited by the
Australian National Training Authority delivering Nationally Accredited
4WDriver training.
PNL4WDriving
is oriented towards
Professional 4WDrivers who understand that regular training is
required to keep skills current. Professional 4WDrivers who
seek Accredited 4WDrive training.
Novice 4WDrivers who wish to
get more out of their recreation vehicles.
Learner 4WDrivers who have
purchased a 4WD, and require an insight into, and knowledge of their
4WDrive vehicle.
4WDrive / All Wheel Drive owners/enthusiasts who wish
to improve their skills and knowledge or who just enjoy driving and the
great outdoors.
Aim
Our aim is to teach SAFE, ENVIRONMENTALLY
FRIENDLY 4WDriving in a FUN but SERIOUS manner!
The nature of PNL4WDriving
instruction ensures each paticipant gets appropriate individual training.
The instruction used gives the participant the impression of a holiday
atmosphere, whilst we actually use the most advanced form of teaching
(generative learning) which is fun.

Instructors
The 4WDrive instructors are
dedicated 4WD enthusiasts teaching subjects that are Nationally Recognised
and Accredited. 4WDriving is not just our job it is our hobby as well, we
spend much of our recreational time 4WDriving.
