What do we need to bring?

We will send you a confirmation email with a list of what to bring and how to get to the training area prior to course commencement. For further information on our Intermediate 4WDrive course see what to bring.

Can I bring family/friends?

Yes! Family and friends are welcome and encouraged because they need to gain confidence in you; also you never know when they will have to drive or at least guide the vehicle over some tricky patch. No charge for under 12s.

Should we buy recovery equipment before we come?

No. On the course, you will use all of our equipment because it is safe and regularly checked. Come and see what we use, why, and then you will know what to buy for yourself.

What tyres do I need for the course?

Come with what you’ve got and possibly get advice on what tyres are good for when and where. If you have more than one type, come with what you generally use.

I completed the course and I haven't received my certificate, why?

The months’ worth of Certificates are printed, laminated and posted the last week of the month. If not received in the first week of the following month then contact us.

Why does my qualification/certificate need to be renewed every 3 years?

It is a requirement of WorkCover in most states and territories that you renew your qualifications/certificates at least every three years to ensure that skills are current.
